Halloween 2009

By God's grace, we had a wonderful Halloween Outreach event in our neighborhood (since our new church building is going to be just around the corner from where we live, we wanted to introduce our neighbors to Cornerstone Community Bible Church ). We had over 100 people come by our block party! We had games, crafts, face painting, a picture taking station, and lots of hot dogs and candy! It was such a blessing to see God's provision in the planning and execution of this event, as it was only through Him that we had the energy and resources needed to create a fun filled night where He could be glorified!

Andrew had a costume change half way through the night since it got pretty cold (cold for Texas... nothing compared to Bloomington:). I couldn't pass up the chance to post a pic of one of Andrew's famous kisses!

Yeah! More pictures! Andrew's personality is really starting to beam through. He has to keep up with his big sister doesn't he? Was the block party all in your back yard? It looked like fun. Loved the costumes too. You are always so creative with those. Keep those pictures coming.
Love you,
Grandma

Andrew's personality is too cute! He is such a little ham! The block party was actually in our friends little cul-de-sac around the corner from our house. I'll try to do a better job of posting more pics:) Abigail talks often about y'all coming out for Christmas! We love you guys!

Praise the Lord for blessing you all with a great outreach. We're looking forward to coming to visit when the new church building is complete.
